Daily Cupcake #450: Antithesis
Superficial prescriptions to 'think positively' can engender negative grumbling.
It can be perceived as if saying don't have negative feelings! Be phony!
'Think positively' on a deeper level is about being the best you.
It is striving toward days that lived how you want your life to be.
It is proactively dealing with problems and getting things done because being in control of your thoughts and actions creates positivity.
Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Antithesis that follows the Pilates principle of "centering". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:
