Daily Cupcake #56: Excuses
Being active every day keeps my metabolism up and prevents my back from getting stiff (related to an accident)
Whether it is Pilates, running, biking, walking or some combination, I move each day.
I remind myself that it isn't negotiable. It is part of self-care, just like brushing my teeth.
Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Excuses that follows the Pilates principle of "control". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:
