Daily Cupcake #100: Stuff
My brain is tired this week.
All of the usual things have just had the volume turned up a bit. It is partly people feeling a post-Summer burst of productivity and partly getting ready for vacation next week.
When I do have a tired brain I feel much more acutely how my surroundings affect me.
When spaces are calm and collected it helps me be calm and collected like I can find comfort in the order and know it will return.
Which leads me to this #DailyCupcake about Stuff that follows the Pilates principle of "breath". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:

A few bites: Make a list of items you can sell, donate or toss.
Every last bite: Dedicate an hour to getting the items listed, donated or tossed.
