Daily Cupcake #8: Your Truths
Truths are facts or beliefs that we accept as true.
My truths keep me centered when their is upheaval around me, or even in my head.
My truths have evolved over the years. With some becoming more or less important during certain phases of my life.
Some of my truths:
- there are choices
- tomorrow might not come
- being good to others and yourself makes the world better
Which leads me to this #DailyCupcake about Your Truths that follows the Pilates principle of "centering". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:

A few bites: Make a list of the truths that guide you.
Every last bite: Create a plan to build those truths into your daily life, so they guide you even in your smallest actions.
