Daily Cupcake #88: Risk Taking
There are so many tips and tricks to try and mantras to remember that they alone can feel like a task list.
Of course, it's great to practice new things (like Pilates poses!) though, especially when they don't feel forced.
When I start to feel sluggish about my routine I try to test out some new approaches, which I jot down in a running list as I hear about them.
When they go on the list they are just ideas. Sometimes they make the cut and sometimes they don't. It's up to me.

Just a nibble: “You gotta know when to hold ‘em. Know when to fold ‘em.” Kenny Rogers
A few bites: Review your task list and accomplish one lingering item, while crossing off another that you aren't doing for the right reasons.
Every last bite: Review your short– and long-term goals with an eye to the ones that truly reflect your interests and skills, forego those that don’t.
