The air has shifted the tiniest bit to usher in a new season. It feels good to notice. I feels like confirmation that I slow down enough in my days to soak up the natural beauty, which is what I want for my life.

I want to see how the small moments build on themselves and turn into big changes. 

This time last year I was caring for a newborn and looking to regain my pre-pregnancy Pilates moves.

Each day I practice different Pilates moves.

I focus on form. If I lose form, then I stop the move, and shift to a new one, with a focus on building the strength I need. 

Now a year later I easily see and feel the progress that came one quality day at a time. 

 Which leads me to this #DailyCupcake about Living that follows the Pilates principle of "breathing". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:
