Asking for help can feel vulnerable, but as I've gotten older it feels more natural to ask for help and move forward instead of struggling unnecessarily.
Asking for help is also humbling in a comforting way. I have my own strengths and others have theirs.
Asking for help I learn and those offering the help grow. It's a marvelous cycle.
