Daily Cupcake #310: Fitness
Moving my body makes me feel good.
It is such an important part of our lifestyle it was a major factor in considering where we wanted to live next.
An ideal week for me looks like a few cardio activities, lots of Pilates throughout the day for strength and flexibility and a couple family walks or bike rides each day.
This level of activity keeps me feeling refreshed, gives me some quiet time to myself, helps the tiny human get fresh air and burn off some of her own energy and gives us some time to reconnect as a couple at the end of the day.
Ultimately, moving my body gives me so much more than exercise, which is why it is easy to prioritize as a lifestyle.
