Every day does not have to include a "treat" for a job well done. I put 'treat' in quotes because often times it's a short-term item that doesn't offer any long-term satisfaction.
I love you chocolate cake, but you cannot be a daily "treat".
It takes concscious awareness for me to keep my expectations in check. If I get too indulgent--I start to feel sluggish, then I track what I eat in my phone to offer more awareness. I also up my water intake and daily movement.
At the end of the day my health is my process, and I can choose how I want to fuel myself.

Every last bite– Consider what negativity you can overcome by shifting you reactions to situations and others to a more positive response.
