Daily Cupcake #324: Waste
How's your day? Does it feel how you want your life to feel?
I want my life to feel light, active and filled with quality interactions.
To have that life my days have to have Pilates and running, as well as thoughtfulness about meals and gatherings to cultivate the lightness and interactions.
It seems simple writing it out, but it has taken a lot of thought and still takes practice to implement.
Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Waste follows the Pilates principle of "precision". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:
