More control? Yes, please. If I think on it though, that need for control often comes from a place of anxiety and fear.
That's not a happy place to live.
It has been more about understanding precisely what I'm feeling in the moment.
Emotional awareness does wonders for letting go of worry or addressing the source.
Doing that is hard though. It's forming a new habit-- a process to quickly assess what I'm feeling.
Yet another mantra to cue...realize something is feeling off, take a deep breath, and calm my thoughts to gain some clarity.
Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Dependence follows the Pilates principle of "precision". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:

A few bites–Make a list of what brings you true happiness.
Every last bite– Use that list to build up aspects that cannot be lost, then turn to those on tough days.
