October! Now it really feels like time to embrace the Fall season. For me that looks like a visit to the pumpkin patch, making candles, drinking cider and cooking chili.  

Fall is also a good time for me to tweak routines and habits and have a little grace with myself. 

Since school, Fall has never been my most energized and productive time of year. It's about scaling back to maintain but also recharge.  

If I embrace that natural tendency, I still have focus and feel like I can get the most enjoyment out of the seasonal shift. 

Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Aim that follows the Pilates principle of "centering". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:
