Daily Cupcake #336: Direction
It is Friday, but it feels like Sunday night because I'm in the mood to do everything and change my life in time for the coming new week.
I have to harness that feeling into action, so I don't just spin my wheels over the myriad life habits that I would like to tweak or create.
In this case, taking action means giving thinking a rest.
I spent most of the day traveling home and trying to be present the whole time. I focused on my posture throughout the day. I let myself notice my breath. I took stock of my eating habits and energy levels.
It left me wanting to up my health game.
Which leads me to this #Dailycupcake about Direction that follows the Pilates principle of "control". Depending on what you need in your day you can take:

A few bites– Remember where you have control in your life.
Every last bite– Say 'yes', say 'no', take action that works for you today.
