Meditation. What do you think? In my graduate school days I studied the interplay of the mind affecting physiology--like if you can think stressful thoughts and increase the stress hormones coursing through your veins.
Oversimplifying things, what you think does impact your body's physiology.
Meditation is something that I've read about, but I've never really tried to practice. I gave it a whirl this past week.
I like the concept of quieting my mind and recognizing and processing thoughts more effectively, but beyond meditation creating the space for that awareness I don't know if I'll delve into a practice.
