A Pilates Hiatus (for a happy reason)
Well, what can I say other than it's been seven months since I last posted here. The exciting news is that I let myself get sidelined from Cupcake Pilates with the news that our first is on the way. Yes--now in just 10 short weeks a little girl will make her way into our lives.
It's been a smooth pregnancy and I've remained active--not pre-pregnancy active though, and I'm already feeling motivated for the post-baby Pilates and health routine (and sharing it here). I have all sorts of ideas for growing Cupcake Pilates too. Any post-pregnancy fitness plans of your own? Or just Summer fitness plans?
