How about those (Pilates) goals?

Have you started in on those (Pilates) goals? How's it going? Progress? Slips? Doubts? It is part of the change process. Remember to be flexible with yourself because:

1) Today is now.  You choose your mindset. Life events can make that more difficult, but keep working at addressing your stress triggers.

2) Breaks give balance and a chance to recharge.  If I decide that I’m going to let myself take a break, then I try to soak up every moment.  I know everything will be waiting for me when I’m ready. The key is taking a deliberate break and getting back to doing.

3) Interact with those around you.  If you’re taking a break from your usual routine then you can take notice of someone who is still following theirs and maybe even help out. Or if that person wants a break in routine too you can make it a special moment.
