Is It Still a Happy New Year?

I certainly hope so! We are already one month in and our best intentions have likely hit some hurdles by now. Hitting the one month mark is a natural moment to take pause. Resolutions, goals, reflection, renewed motivation, etc.- choose what works for you. Here are some jumping off points to help you focus and keep going:

1. What is important in your life—I strive to build my life around simplicity; spending days with loved ones; being outside; eating good food; daily fitness (Pilates and running!); surrounding myself with a pleasing aesthetic; and, being creative, organized and resourceful.

2. What opportunities can you tap into to maximize the important things in life—I want to keep being more flexible with myself to focus on little day-to-day family activities that will build tradition.

3. What activities can you get lost in—Cupcake Pilates is my outlet and my challenge. I'm continually improving my practice, my knowledge of Pilates and writing about life habits to help everything I want to into each day.
