It is a couple of more weeks until Summer is officially over, but for most the feeling of Fall begins after Labor Day. It is a great time to treat yourself to an activity that recharges you and gets you ready for the next season. Take a moment to freely not down some things that you enjoy doing maybe it is visiting a certain park, a Pilates class, reading a new book or trying a new restaurant. Schedule that activity for a week from now. Be specific. You'll have something to look forward to all week, and you can frame it as your "Fall treat to recharge". When it comes time for your activity relish the moment. Shut any distractions down. Reflect on the last few months and the next to come. Enjoy where you are right now. Let yourself really indulge.
